Why am I getting the feeling that Hydra will create Ultron. I mean it just makes sense given what Baron said in that post credits scene. Ultron could very well be created as a result of the Zola algorithm. He would be the one to distract the Avengers whilst Hydra continues their work.

^^ Doesnt make sense for HYDRA to create an evil AI that wants to rid the world of humans and take it over with his robotic spawn. Ultron probably starts off on the good side then changes to evil. Although its possible the Zola algorithm infects the good Ultron and that makes him go nutso.

When a movie doesn't have any other major issues, the Stan Lee cameo is at the top of the list.

I still think the Iron Man helmet being reformed into Ultrons head in the teaser has a reason behind it. They couldve revealed it in many other ways if he was created by the bad guys.

The seeds are already planted though in Cap 2. Zola's algorithim and project insight is something that's an Ulton-esque motive. The fact that Hydra now has access to anything Shield owned including Stark's tech, they have everything they need to create Ultron. I used to think Stark would create Ultron because it makes the most sense in this universe BUT it's the most obvious and lazy route Joss would take. I don't think Stark will create him but will play some form of role in his creation. Remember Joss said Ultron would be spawned from teh Avengers we already know about? Who had details and files on all the Avengers? Shield did, if Hydra compiles all that data and decide to create the ultimate weapon that can take on the Avengers using their own skills against them, who better to do it? Just my 2 cents.t:

I dont have anymore theories beyond what Ive written before. I wont disagree with anyones ideas on how Ultron is created. But my own belief is that he will come from the Avengers side, not HYDRAs.

Note: Tony had JARVIS hack into SHIELDs network in Avengers. He could get any info he wanted and probably has been keeping tabs on them since then.

with Zola dead, theres really only one other person who could create an AI that turns out to be voiced by James Spader (hint: a co-star in 2 80s teen classics)
