twitter pics and some people confirm that BJ aka Tripplet was in Atlanta and not in Norwich for shootings.
THis
Speaking of which they should try and get a Sharon/Agent 13 cameo in this. Especially in scenes like this
I think if they are going to use Sharon in a greater role in Cap 3 (which immediately follows AoU), they should have her be in this movie, preferably be the leader of the new recruits and heightens her role in the MCU. If they do that, I can see the possibility of a romance between Steve and Sharon later. Otherwise, Sharon will be a cardboard character with nothing besides her relationship with Cap, and that isn't something I want; Sharon would essentially become Jane Foster 2.0.
because it makes the core characters less special.
I'm all for introducing new super powered characters, but carefully. build up the universe organically. a bunch of random super powered Avenger recruits is NOT the way to go. This isn't X-Men.
I agree and really don't think there is anything to worry about. W've seen how these half-baked theories turn out many times before.

So, are you saying I shouldn't start an "AVENGERS EXTRAS=INHUMANS" thread? Because I super serial wanted to!t:

I'm merely suggesting that it isn't always wise to peddle your fanfic as truth![]()

No, it's not X-Men; but it *is* Avengers. And this is *exactly* what The Avengers are all about --- recruiting a superteam of Earth's Mightiest Heroes to defend the planet against Earth's Mightiest Enemies.
And how does adding more superheroes make "the core characters less special?" Since when are The Avengers, X-Men, Justice League or anyone else diluted by the number of members on their roster? Numbers make them *stronger,* not *weaker.* You're arguing against the core raison-d'etre of Marvel Studios' MCU in the first place: if you think more superheroes = watered-down superheroes, then why create a shared universe at all? Go back to the Bad Old Days of a million standalone movie universes populated by a single superhero/superteam.
"Half-baked?" Half-baked???
These "half-baked" theories were invented by Stan Lee himself over 50 years ago, not by "Crazy Ol' Sam" in a warehouse basement 10 minutes ago. Sorry you don't read or understand comics, but this is what The Avengers are, and this is what The Avengers do. They're a superteam. And every -- EVERY -- iteration of them in ANY media shows them doing exactly what we're seeing in these set pics: setting up a centralized HQ, formalizing a team, recruiting as many superheroes as they can to that team to fight the enemies that SHIELD and the rest of humanity can't.
It is *beyond* ridiculous to see people on a site called "SUPERHERO Hype" trying to argue against Marvel's foremost super-team becoming *exactly* what they're supposed to be. It's like demanding that Flash not run so fast in his upcoming TV show, or Daredevil not be blind, or asking Marvel to make sure that Iron Fist doesn't feature any kung fu, because god forbid a comic-book movie/TV franchise be built around its core concept.
Seriously, folks....? Seriously?![]()
LOL! Oh jeez, you should SEE some of the batcrazy out there. Some of it is so crazypants that I actually *want* to see it happen!
I agree, I think it's more likely that these are probably former SHIELD agents turned Stark Ind. employees rather than more supers. At this point, I think the MCU will probably name/make major characters out of their super powered beings; they won't be running in the background as part of the scenery.
After watching HER (GAWD SUCH A GREAT MOVIE GO SEE IT!!) I am having massive intelligent A.I. feels. I really cannot wait to see JARVIS' development into Vision.

Given the information we already have, that Stark's privatizing security in the wake of SHIELD's dissolution, I do think the more reasonable explanation here is also the simplest; these are likely former SHIELD agents brought on board by Maria Hill to work at Stark Ind.
I have a feeling that there will be recruiting going on in the movie, possible with Rhodey, almost certainly with Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver and maybe The Vision though. So you'll see team growth that way. And maybe an introduction for Carol Danvers and an expansion into Wakanda.

Those uniforms look a lot like the one Pietro was wearing in those first set pics we got of him.
As much as I enjoy the X-men movies, I've always hated how they tend to put an emphasis on powers as an excuse for a cool action scene above characterization save for a few mutants. I hope Avengers doesn't go that route.
^^ Wasnt he still asking for a part in April? I guess it worked!![]()

Lately, it seems like superhero movies have become characterized by a sameness best described by Matt Zoller Seitz as "things crashing into other things." In light of the critical mass of such films (including, for example, four movies featuring Iron Man in the span of five years), there has been a discussion as to whether the current state of violent stagnation is the fate of the genre or possibly evidence that it has yet to fully develop. Considering the critical success that was "Marvel's The Avengers" and its upcoming sequel, "Marvel's The Avengers: Age of Ultron," HuffPost Entertainment asked director Joss Whedon how he felt about the matter.
"People have made it very clear that they are fed up with movies where entire cities are destroyed, and then we celebrate," Whedon said, recognizing that of all of those things crashing into other things is an attempt to harness somewhat newly found visual effects.
"Now, I watched 'The Dark Knight' and I thought of that as riffing on the genre," he said. "That was a superhero movie as 'The Godfather.' And I was like, 'But I just still want to see a superhero movie!' We had just gotten the technology to make it awesome, and I wasn't ready to be post-modern about it yet."
The guy who plays Tripp is NOT a very good actor. Hopefully he has no involvement in AOU. (And a recasting for next season would be nice.)
