Me too - it's been an amazing day watching everything on tumblr/twitter. I really wish I could have gone. And I think more than one person said that Sebastian kept doing things that upset the convention people lol. But hey it's not like they can do anything about it - he and Mackie are the reason people are buying those expensive tickets to be there. ^__^ I liked the story one girl posted about how she wanted him to write "who the hell is bucky" on a shield prop she'd made, and the con handler tried to say no but Sebastian ignored her and signed it anyway.

Hopefully the Wizard World people will post a full, decent quality video of their Q&A panel on their youtube channel soon.

Jeez, Sebastian, please try to NOT be so adorable, okay? Thanks! :woot:

This is making me royally jealous that I'm not in Philly to enjoy the con and witness the Stan-Mackie awesome first-hand.

Marvel really has killed it with their casting choices, you can tell these actors love their respective roles and being apart of the MCU. We as fans are very lucky people. Cracks me Stan giving away free photos, you know the con people are freaking out about it since I'm sure they get a cut of the ridiculous prices that get charged for pics at cons

I dont know about other people but any actor who joins the MCU I automatically become a big fan of them. Its weird.

I've always thought Hawkeye was a weak character. The movies just kind of cemented it for me. I don't hate the character, I just wouldn't mind if they killed em off is all. He can live too, either way is - meh but he'd be worth more to the story if he died haha.

And I know he's a fictitious character, not sure why people would hurl personal insults to me (a real person lol) in defense of a fictitious character. The weakest one in mcu at that lol.i kinda thought widow was weak too, but Whedon surprised me, her scenes have been great especially when she whipped you-know-who. That fight was so one sided. Her scenes in iron man 2 were very well choreographed as well. I liked that they didn't have her whoop up on winter soldier though, brought her down to earth a bit.

Haha man, you need to read him in New Avengers as well as his current series then. He's an absolute badass there.

As long as their other work in interesting I'm quite happy supporting them if they're going to support the franchises that mean a lot to me.

I agree. I never really liked or cared about Mark Ruffalo until the Avengers. Since then I've seen Zodiac and I just love him in that movie.

Captain America comes to Colindale; scenes for Avengers: Age of Ultron, written and directed by Joss Whedon and due for release in May 2015, are being shot at the partly-disused Metropolitan Police College in Colindale, north west London, this summer. Whilst thousands of commuters have passed by unaware on the London Underground, a full-size replica of one end of a continental-style bridge has been built at Peel Centre, as the historic training facility is officially known, complete with stone balustrading and traffic lights. A giant mural portrait of Captain America in his iconic winged helmet has appeared on the side of another block this week.

Would that be more flashback to the 40s stuff ya think?

Not easy to tell. I'm inclined to saying no just because after the events of the first film the people of the world show their love and appreciation for the avengers in many different ways, like in the end of avengers. Even In the first episode of AoS mikes son wants avengers action figures.

^^ True! forgot about the graffiti at the end of Avengers.

A Steve Rogers/Bucky Barnes/Celine Dion Fanvid For The Ages

[YT]udQVKCTgETo#t[/YT]

If you watch one video today about the long, anguished relationship between Steve Rogers and James "Bucky" Barnes set to Celine Dion's sweeping soft-rock power ballad "It's All Coming Back to Me Now," by the gods, let it be this one.

Trust us on this one. Press play. Shhhhhhhhhhhh... Shhhhh...

Gonna post this in TWS thread too but since that place is pretty dead I thought everyone here would get a kick out of this

hmmm....

Cap 3 could movie out of May 6th 2016 if the Star Wars rumors are true.

What Star Wars rumors?

El Maybe says on Latino Review that Harrison Ford's injury is so severe that it will delay shooting and eventually move the release date of the film to May 6th 2016.

Ohhh jeez… I guess I'd not been following the SW/Ford stuff. That sucks.

Wonder where Cap would go if that happened?

I don't see why they can't do an April release like TWS.

I can't imagine that Harrison Ford has such a huge role in the film that it would require delaying the release date though? I've just been assuming that the original cast would have smaller, supporting roles while the focus is on the new, young characters...

But anyway I'm sure we'll hear more updates about the big fight over the May 2016 release date at Comic Con. Like I'm guessing someone could officially announce they've changed their date... or Marvel and the WB will go big and try to outdo each other's presentations at the con in the hopes of scaring off the other studio, and drag this thing out even more lol.

When RDJ injured his ankle the production has stopped for weeks but the release date didnt change and given that how much screen time RDJ had in IM3, now this news doesn't make that sense unless Harrison Ford has a huge role in Star Wars. For some reason I thought Luke might get some action and the rest would be cameos. I think I am out of loop to concerning Star Wars

Cap 3 should move to April because it worked great for TWS

From The Hollywood Reporter 1/11/14:

The project has changed significantly since Oscar winner Michael Arndt split as writer on Episode VII in the fall, with duties taken up by Abrams and Lawrence Kasdan, who co-wrote Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back and Raiders of the Lost Ark.

According to multiple insiders, the reason for the parting of ways was not due to a timeframe issue, as has been reported, but rather due to a difference of opinion of which characters to emphasize.

Arndt is said to have focused on the offspring of Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), Han Solo (Harrison Ford) and Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher), with the original trilogy's heroes taking on supporting roles. Abrams, however, wanted Episode VII to focus on the classic trio of characters, so audiences could have one more chance to enjoy them before a fitting send-off. The new characters, the offspring, will now be in supporting roles, according to these sources, and take center stage in Episode VIII and IX. Some characters have disappeared from the Arndt script and new ones are being added.

An April release of Cap 3 and SW7 in May would be one hell of a 1-2 punch for Disney. I only hope the Russos have enough time to get it done by then. Haven't M&M been working on the script for a while, though?

They actually changed the script so that the focus will actually be on the original cast. The first drafts of the script had Luke, Leia, and Han in minor roles, but Abrams opted to expand them.

Batman v Superman, Captain America 3, and Star Wars Episode VII all releasing on the same day?

That's just not going to happen. If it did, it will be Ragnarok at the theaters.
