I like this one. Very unusual. Pointy shoulders is a nice touch. I like both normal eyes and white eyes versions. Empty eyes would make it look more futuristic, for sure. I love that it still retains the feel of a bat.
I think that style of cowl is hideous.
Agree. It's definitely not for MOS universe, but something out of Watchmen or so.I think it could translate just fine, it just has to be the right style of movie. As far as it translating in the MOS universe, yeah, it would look silly, IMO.
i still don't understand why he can't have costume over thin armor (like Young justice), or have a "make-believe" fabric that increases tensile strength when struck with kinetic energy.
If adding a 'charge' can make a cape into a glider () then the idea i posted is beyond plausible in a movie world.
This just looks so awesome!
Digging this look too though...
Seriously. It would at least be awesome to see that suit in the Batcave, along with other older ones (and Robin/Batgirl costumes).
I do think this is a pretty close 2nd though.![]()
(includes shout outs to my band, music venue and place of work too haha)
Agreed. A classic example of something from the comics that wouldn't translate well to live-action.
It seems people who are questioning the Bob Kane Bill Finger suit are not looking at the full potential of the Horror style of things.

One of the things I loved about Batman Begins were the scenes told from the perspective of the criminals and how Batman was like a horror monster.
The docks and the asylum scene especially.
I'd love to see someone make a short horror film using that 1939 costume and tell it from the perspective of a crook in the dark alleys of Gotham.
