Wow, lots of TDKT haters crawling out of the woodwork.
I actually dislike the glider cape. I don't know... Just the idea that Batman has like some kind of personal flight/gliding capability just feels off. I know people like it, and I understand what makes it cool to people, but I am against it.
Wow, lots of TDKT haters crawling out of the woodwork. No iconic images? Nothing "totes epic"? Pretty subjective measures there.
Pretty funny that 90% of the examples of "iconic images" offered up are from an entirely different medium. Not really a fair comparison.
Looking like a straight up bobble head, and having a cowl that was "a bit too big" are two totally completely different things. Sure, the B89 suit wasn't perfect, but neither was the TDK/R suit. So trying to compare "rights and wrongs" is a bit futile.
PS: TDK suit sucks

Oh, you're right, Nolan was, like, tots epic with everything Batman. Every shot was monumentally superb....and stuff.
I don't think you understood my post even a little bit.
Yeah, the shots of Bale in the BB suit in TDK aren't the most flattering because he wasn't filling out the suit. Was probably even a little thin for the TDK suit in that movie too, but I thought he really filled it out nice in TDKR. But the good still outweighed the bad, and that's how I feel about the TDK/R suit too.
Or maybe lenses just look silly in live action, lol.If you think that looks worse than the actual shot from the movie, you're mentally insane or just hating to hate.
