I wouldn't put too much stock in that yet. There will be lots of stuff produced as toys that probably aren't in the film, like that Super/Bat car. It's not gonna be in the film... IT SHOULD BE though, and then at the end Batman an Supes ride off in to go downtown and cruise for chicks!

Agreed, by the way.

Even if it ends up being in a movie I don't see it being anything else but a briefly shown prototype in the corner of a batcave.

Top left looks to be the inner workings of the Batcowl. If so, you can clearly see what may be his voice modulator in the neck area, as well as retractable lenses up top.

It's definitely what underneath. And it looks the right size given the height and width of the cowl.

Also, the "cowl" mouth shape is more angular like from the comics, underneath the Mech Suit than on the actual cowl that Affleck wears... wonder why?

He definitely wears some sort of cowl under helmet. It is of same thick rubery material as one you can see just below the helmet, on his neck.

That's a huge thumb on this suit. Actually, now when I think about it, it is obvious for which purpose Batman made this suit - thumb wrestling!
