I can understand why someone would not like the desert get up but I for one overall like it and think it's awesome that there will basically be 3 different bat suits from regular to battle armor to desert wear on the regular suit

Yea, when Snyder said he wears it to "buy him time," I thought that was interesting.
Which kind of irritated me in a way because we clearly saw a man in MOS try and push Clark and didn't budge him an inch and fell back himself in the process. Now I know Batman is at peak condition for what a man can do... But unless that suit is lined with kryptonite then he ain't budging supes. Sorry, so I don't understand why they wouldnt have that suit strengthen him up some. Bout as redundant as the notion that they're sister cities.

Isn't it a bit too early to write off the idea of Gotham and Metropolis being sister cities and call it redundant? They obviously had some storytelling reason for it.

As for Batman budging Superman, didn't you see the kryptonite in the trailer?

I feel like a kid again seeing all these batsuits

Its awesome

Now we just need a suit with nipples.

Imagine if there's a statue of this desert Batman look? I must have it.

Who doesn't like it?

Desert Batman looks SWEET. I now want to see snow-Batman, naval-Batman, and more. This Batsuit looks good in everything, lol. I love the armored suit as well.

I'm really interested to see the story behind the desert look, because

A) If Batman is trying to be stealthy and blend in, why would he keep the cowl?

B) And if he's not trying to blend in, why wouldn't he just wear the normal Batsuit?

I hope there's a good reason for it and not just Snyder making things look cool (it surely does tho!).

It is cool! Batman does this in many stories. It's great to just do these things in movies so we can move on and they can push the envelope even further the next time. Open the gates for villians like Clayface or Man-Bat in the solo movie.

I am extremely intrigued by "Desert Batman" definitely looks like something straight out of the comics and very Batman. I am eagerly anticipating getting to the bottom of whats going on in that whole scene.

Never said I didn't like it.

Alright well then some people around the world probably don't or wont but if most people like it then it's nice to be agreed with or be part of a majority group

Ook.

I expected it to be Bruce, but i had a small candle of hope for Damian as i love the 666 future and him in general. But it's ok.

I imagine that suit is heavy to account for ridiculous punches if Superman throws some (which doesn't look like that'll happen). Man of Steel showed that Superman is not going to life heavy stuff with a fingertip anymore, he will be affected by the laws of physics especially when Superman was above glass, in other words, why wouldn't you expect him to fall?

I'm more baffled at how Bruce can jump so high while wearing heavy metal armor when it doesn't enhance his strength.

Seems like Bruce fitted a Hydraulic/Pneumatic system to use jumps as a defensive tactic if he gets rushed on? Even then, it's a defensive tactic that can be used offensively.

Not too early at all. The idea is preposterous and silly. With superman being a super human, he possesses flight at incredible speeds and tremendous hearing..and if Gotham is right next to metropolis then there is essentially nothing batman is needed for, when supes could take care of it instantly. I don't know, just my opinion. I realize that we have no geographical whereabouts to where these fictional cities have been in the past, but I'd like to think it was more of an east coast, west coast thing. Could superman still take care of crime in Gotham then? Of course but it would be a Herculean task and thus makes more sense for batman to control his section.

And yes I was well aware that there was kryptonite in the trailer but that does not mean that his suit is laced with it. Is it possible? Yes, but it's purely just speculation at the moment.

Why? Batman 1) doesn't operate during the day and 2) doesn't really go around saving people. His focus is on stopping crime. Superman, however, 1) operates during the day primarily and 2) goes around saving people. Not only that, but they'll come to a mutual understanding about each other's sphere of influence and operation.

I wonder if that's the desert...or if that's the desert Earth became after the war between men and Superman or something along those lines.

Interesting stuff.

I'm glad Robin exists, and that suit is okay for a prop sitting on display for a short scene, but I'd rather a more unique design than some kind of cobbled together conversion of the Batsuit (which is what it obviously is).

Yeah, I noticed the same thing and I agree.

I trust Snyder to give us this at some point:
