I just hope that he'll be more well-rounded in his solos, especially if they're set in the past.

Even though the films across the budding DCEU may have slight tonal and stylistic differences, my sense is that each of them will take place in the same era. Sure, we'll see some cutting back and forth between the past and present (and possibly future), but I can't imagine WB producing a film within said universe that's entirely set in the past. The intent is to emulate Marvel, and have these characters interact with each other in a cohesive fashion. For instance, were some life-changing event to occur in Justice League, the reverberations would likely be felt -- at least to some degree -- in another DCEU film, such as Suicide Squad.

The Bale suit looks technologically more advanced and militarized. Affleck suit is supposed to look like fabric over body, so it seems a little less sophisticated. It does look like something that we could have had way before the last Bale suit.

Yeah it's less evidently techy but from all the visible slash marks and bullet holes it's pretty obvious it's some sort of fabric over armor.

The TDK was sort of the inverse with the armor plates over a meshing.

It looks much better to me. Just not sure how the GA will react to it.

I don't think they'll care. I've never heard a general audience member complain about a costume before.

Yeah... they'll be fine. This looks like Batman ripped straight from the pages of the comics (even with the TDKR slant). No generic audience member will question or challenge it.

Yeah, evil Supes from the sneak peek has the most slicked hair I've seen on him so far. Kinda reminded me of WWII officers there.

I'm not really up to date with the WW solo, but isn't it set during WW1?

About the cowl, I really love the depth in the color in this shot. It looks like a very rich and supple black leather-type material, which is perfect IMO. I didn't really like the grayish, graphite type material in the TDK suit.

I love the color in this Batsuit as well.

Yeah, I do give credence to certain rumors. I don't just dismiss them all unless I have good reason to. Some folks are more reliable than others.

Do you guys think we might see some changes in the Batsuit for JL? Like maybe the oval bat emblem and slightly longer ears. I think the suit is perfect as is, but I wouldn't mind slight changes.

I dunno. Marvel changes their heroes suits every film. I'd really rather see DC do something different and keep them the same. Which they manage to be doing so far. Supes still has his MoS suit.
