His photos probably aren't useful for that at all. They didn't use photos of Pattinson as a kid for The Batman.

Is it normal for Hollywood productions to slowly leak or announce castings this late into production? Or is this just normal for Gunn, and is he so secretive with all of his movies?

Getting more information is always fun, but this does seem off at least to my experience.

We seem to have entered the last week or so of studio and set filming in Georgia, hopefully creative mid-westerners can get some shots in Ohio.

No idea if its weird, but I still don't think the full cast has been announced.

I feel like Cat is still likely. And I'm finding the idea of the film having no Jor-El or Lara hard to believe. It's possible... but I dunno... I'm still expecting at least one of them to be cast, even if just for a brief flash of memory/holographic image etc.

Totally normal. I see films way after shooting announce actors which confuses me at first but then I remember we don't know everything and it's even more exciting.

100% normal. Some castings often don’t even get announced until after production has wrapped.

Anyway, LOVE Bennet as Steve Lombard. I know he won’t have much screentime but dude’s hilarious - he’ll make it count.

Some folks also seem to think it’s Angela Sarafyan, based on her IG follows. I’m sure she’s in the movie, but between the two of them, I think I see Hoover as more of a Cat type.
