For the same reason disney should have done that for Star Wars fans... the DCEU still has a gigantic fan base, And the goal in any franchise, if there are problems, the first thing you should do is fix the problem and, not cater to fans, but at least let them know that they're heard, they're understood, and that they want to try and include them into the new vision that they have...Why should he feel inclined to do this though?
In the past decade, neither live action iteration of Clois bothered keeping Lois in the dark (beyond a flashback on S&L), so I kind of hope she doesn’t know from the get-go.Somewhat curious to find out whether Lois already knows Clark's secret or if she'll find out before the end of this film.
Freedom of Speech doesn't even really mean that...it is a guideline that the government is not allowed to censor speech. Plenty of speech is censored every day in the country. My major pet peeve is people who don't get that. (not you) Its like people who say we don't have a right to think someone is guilty when they are charged. I am not a court of law or on a jury, I can think someone is guilty any time I want to.The idea that freedom of speech means that both sides have merit or that all opinions are entitled to respect is one of the most ridiculous fallacies of the modern world. Some opinions are without merit.
Freedom of speech does not mean that everyone's opinion must be respected, quite the opposite. It means that just as people get to voice their opinions, others are totally entitled to say that said opinions are moronic and without merit.
That’s all relative. They weren’t “gigantic” enough to make it a success. So it got rebooted. That’s how Hollywood works, end of story. For the same reason disney should have done that for Star Wars fans... the DCEU still has a gigantic fan base, And the goal in any franchise, if there are problems, the first thing you should do is fix the problem and, not cater to fans, but at least let them know that they're heard, they're understood, and that they want to try and include them into the new vision that they have...
Just imagine WBD wants The Joker to kill her so Superman goes all Injustice.
I could maybe agree Cavill was...but Snyder dug his own grave. He wasn't screwed over he was handed more films after MOS. Then BvS vastly underperformed and he was still allowed to make a Justice League film. That isn't being screwed over that is being given enough rope...Cavill and Snyder were screwed over by WB, not Gunn. I can understand the initial backlash when Gunn announced the DCU, but placing the fall of Snyder's DCEU squarely on Gunn's shoulders is pretty extreme.
He also consciously doubled down on criticisms and proceeded to blame the audience when it failed. He deserved the boot way sooner than he got it.I could maybe agree Cavill was...but Snyder dug his own grave. He wasn't screwed over he was handed more films after MOS. I was told to detach ourselves from the 90's cartoons and accept all interpretations of these characters.

Im 44 and my best friend is 46 and we love it!As @Lily Adler likes to point out, I’m almost 50. And S&L is not the typical CW show.
But I guess it’s not for everyone. I just see Hoechlin as the closest to the Clark in the comics that I’ve ever seen on film. And Tulloch is the closest to my favorite iteration of Lois from the comics.
But heres hoping that Gunn does right by them as well. So far, everything is looking really great.
Not to mention… he was given an opportunity to finish his story. And then he decided to go for sequel-teases rather than closure."Zack Snyder didn't get to finish his story."
Good. He did enough damage to DC. Keep him away from these characters and properties forever.
When the story is Lois sleeps with Batfleck and has a baby that could be either Clark's or Bruce's that's where we draw the line."Zack Snyder didn't get to finish his story."

Ah Red States.I had to turn my porn blocker off just to view some of the photos as it kept blocking the damn screen. The power of a legit superman suit i guess lool. David looks fantastic, still abit on the fence with the creasing of the suit. Great to see the Yellow emblem back again. Genuinely made up for the supes fans on here. This is a new era and i hope it delivers.
Absolutely. Nobody screwed Snyder. Snyder screwed a large portion of the audience. And that’s why the audience rejected his films. Those who stay loyal to him are not enough to keep his view of DCEU afloat.I could maybe agree Cavill was...but Snyder dug his own grave. He wasn't screwed over he was handed more films after MOS.
