The Batman didn’t fit my personal tastes. It was a little too unrelentingly dark for me. Just a little more lightness would’ve gone a long way.
Plus there were just some aspects that I’d have liked to have seen differently. I prefer the Iceberg Lounge to be a gilded casino as opposed to a seedy nightclub. I like in the comics where it is the place to be seen as opposed to the place to disappear.

It’s just preferences and me being picky and opinionated.

Totally get where you're coming from.

I feel the same way about certain aspects from that movie/universe.

WCW beating WWF's sphincter into the dirt for 83 weeks was a miracle giving the situation the organization was in at the time when Bischoff took over. WCW was always second rated citizens under the Turner umbrella and only existed because Tedd liked wrestling. The powers that be that ran Turner Broadcasting loathed wrestling, even when Nitro was the highest rated television show on any network. Bischoff was a pioneer of wrestling of what he was doing when he kicked off Nitro .Things that Vince was forced to do to survive before he got to the attitude era, stole the edginess of what WCW was doing, before WCW was forced to budget cut their own standards and practices. WCW was doomed since the beginning, but man what a time it was!

Speaking of Flair, he is so awesome! My family and I met him in 2008 while vacationing in Myrtle Beach. My dad is the type of dude that makes friends easily, and Ric took a liking to him where they took turns buying each other rounds. We are from Pittsburgh, and he called my dad "Mr.Pittsburgh". My dad asked him one day if the huge yacht behind him was his. Flair turned, smirked, and responded: "No Mr.Pittsburgh...mines bigger"!😅 it was the coolest moment ever!

Oh, and I am forever a little Stinger! OwwWWWww!🦂

Pioneer is a VERY strong word to describe Easy E.

He literally just got lucky for 83 weeks because he lured away big time WWF wrestlers and courted up and coming ECW wrestlers. Then Vince just got wise after a while and did ECW better than Paul E and called it Attitude.

But I digress.

So now that we know that Rachel has long hair as Lois, that begs the question whose stand-in this is from last week with Clark's stand-in:

We saw a woman again today dressed the same on set in the video Kane posted earlier today.

A DC Comics movie that FINALLY dresses their characters like they are from a comic.

It's about damn time, we haven't seen this amount of color since Batman & Robin!
Hold up now, Gunn have us the goods in TSS.

The one thing I'm having a lot of trouble with is how loose fitting the suit actually is... you can't even tell that David worked out for this role

Disagree, 100%...

6 months prior to the announcement of James Gunn being the head of Warner Bros Discovery and announcing a new film, the head of WB we're already planning on rebooting the entire franchise, even Gunn himself stated that the script that he's doing currently was a script that WB had already planned out, he said this before in some of his tweets over on X, which means WB , while they told Henry Cavill to announce his return as Superman, they fully well knew that Henry Cavill would not return as Superman, and then that announcing Henry Cavill as Superman was to only bolster sails for Black Adam, and then a month later, after Cavill announced his return to Superman, had to turn around completely and say that he was no longer going to play the character...

I'm not going to sit here and pretend that those who like the Snyder Universe don't exist, and I most certainly will not sit here and insult, ridicule, or try to humiliate what they liked for Superman and the DCEU, because the heads of WB knew full well that they never wanted Cavill back as Superman, that was Hamada's and then to turn around on Cavill and dump him, and then make James Gunn the director and the sole head of WBD...

yeah, I get their anger, I get their hatred, and if this happened to James Gunn, and James Gunn was ousted by WB for someone else and David Corenswet was treated the same way Cavill was, I'm sure every single one of you here who is reading this post would be just as angry about it as those who support Snyder
I liked Cavill, but I disliked Snyder. I felt snyder was wrong for making a Superman film from the start, and he was.

The writing was really on the wall after BvS failed to make a billion. plus, it had WW in it also. WB should have let him go then and there. But they didn't. And we are where we are because of Snyder.
I've watched several Snyder films that I either disliked, or hated. Very few did I like.
I've yet to see a JG film that I didn't like.

He was a pioneer. Vince was left in the dust at the time. Everything you see in modern wrestling today has a Bischoff influence on what he did with Nitro, including going live on Monday's and revolutionizing the camera work and segments like backstage promos and writing. It's all there from Nitro.

TSS/Peacemaker's costumes are the platonic ideal of live action superhero costumes unless you're going for grounded/gritty. I'm mixed on some parts of Superman's costume but overall I'm into it and Mister Terrific looks perfect.

I agree with you that after the failure of BVS, yeah the movies were all over the place, but I don't necessarily think that was because of Snyder, I think that was because the the studio executives of WB had no faith in Snyder after BvS, so though they decided to take matters into their own hands... that's always a danger for any director, case in point, look at David Ayer's Suicide Squad... The studio heavily injected itself into his product, in the movie suffered because of it.

Ehh, yeah okay I’ll give you that.

But for real, besides TSS and Birds of Prey, we’ve just been inundated with just drab visuals and slo mo.

Glad to see those days are seemingly over.

Honestly, my one nitpick would be about the lines on the suit and even that I’m not terribly bothered about.

I think we won, guys.

Mr. Terrific looks comic accurate but I really don't know the character is.

Superman's costume doesn't wow me. I feel indifferent about it.
