Then those adorable Ewoks come in and save the day!

NOLAN: If you look at how the Bible conceives the armaggeddon, it´s the perfect plot for a retro eighties action movie: Jesus, the wounded hero, comes back after a long retirement for personal reasons - the bad guy wants to take over his father´s land -, faces the Antichrist, who´s the evil mirror of the hero, and enlists his old "unity" of angels to fight the enemy. That´s the movie Stallone should be doing alongside with Ludgren, Willis, and Schwarzenegger, not The Expendables. Put Mel Gibson to direct and there won´t be enough fake blood in all of Hollywood to shoot it...

NOLAN: I have no problem with people having a religion, as a matter of fact I´m bothered by people who keep trying to convince you that religion is nothing but boring, unrealistic and judgemental... And those are the Bible-huggers. Nothing has sent me further away from Jesus than people who can´t stop yakking about Jesus. No atheist I´ve ever met made me get angry at Jesus, they seem to acknowledge at least that he was a good man, those people make me wanna punch him in the face, and then go for the other cheek.
