So, guys, let's get that first mission, so I can apply for an MRC.
As far as the first mission goes, I think JB, Byrd, and I are still awaiting one final meeting on the matter to make sure all the details are in check. After that, I'm sure it'll be posted.
I'll be moving over the weekend, which means I won't have an internet connection for the next 4 or 5 days. Lucky me. I'll start posting as soon as I get back.
MB, I  your Universe. If there was an RPG based on that concept, I would be all over it like Michael Jackson on a small boy.
Yeah, I wish I had come up with alot of those ideas when UDC was first brought to fruition. I'd kill to play that Batman in full time.
So I can play as a character from anything?? If not what am I limited to??
Just not a character from an already claimed universe. (Or alternate universe, rather. While the Red Son universe is claimed, you could play another DC Multiverse character.)
And you have to be a villain, for now.
Otherwise, go wild.
I want to reserve Spider-Man!!!!
We all ready have a twisted, evil, Spider-Man with EBJ. No more Spider-People.
Besides, there are no reserves allowed.
I'm contemplating a custom version of a beloved character, but it may be too riske so we'll see.
Not that they'd be needed. We're talking about a f**king Multiverse here.
A. What are the odds that two people will choose the same person with so many possibilities available?
B. If you lose your first choice, there are damn near infinite numbers of other possibilities.
This is true, but I don't want a million spider-mans or Batmans running around. Thats my opinion.
The GM's have that base covered.
Ok. I don't want a million of anyone running around.
Sweet, this is going pretty good. One more Agent and we're ready to begin the first mission.
So how does this work... Cause I'm kinda confused here??
Just think of it like Exiles. There's a group of chosen heroes who must travel from reality to reality, fixing them and prevent the dark power from realizing it's goals.
And then there's another group that will travel to the same realities with the purpose of stopping the Chosen and furthering the dark power's goal.
There will be five Chosen heroes, and five Agents of Chaos. They will get their mission specs from certain parties and then travel to the specific world to carry out their missions.
So I absolutely HAVE to play a villain?
Well you could wait for the mission to be set and play a MRC, but the sooner we have a full team of villains the sooner we can start.
No problem, but you'll have to wait till tomorrow before I can post an app.
Johnny, get on MSN whenever you can.
Beer drinking bastard...
Beer? I don't drink beer.
I drink hard liquor, dumbass.
Bit of an announcement, people:
On the front page, the rule is stated that a Chosen or an Agent must be beamed off of their respective world by the end of their first post. Well, JB, Byrd, and I have talked it over, and after weighing out the options, we've now given the people of those ranks the option of up to three posts on their world, with the requirement being that they beam off at the end of the third.
That way, we can all get to know the character that you're playing better, and what their own reality is like.
This is only an option, though. You can still beam off planet by the end of the first or second post. It's up to you, though I'm sure the first to be beamed will need to clarify it with JB, since he's playing Chronos.
Eh, it doesn't matter. When a Chosen is ready, just have them fade away into nothingness. Then, once all are ready to go, I'll have Chronos bring them together in his home plane.
