I believe they are a troll. Their "arguments" completely mirror a well known troll from another forum who has been banned multiple times because of it. They are too similar to be a coincidence.

I suspect they already have their deal. There's nothing complicated about Comcast's offer, so it's very easy to counter, but there's no urgency, and they'll hold back on releasing the details to try to maximize impact.

Relax. Disney will match Comcast up to a point and if it goes beyond that, they'll discuss a splitting deal.

Disney has the resources to do whatever they want and they're in the driver's seat. Comcast is a lot more stretched and they may push to break things up before Disney even has to create a proposal.

For X-Men, Disney is worse. Comcast will have no problem with more r rated movies, and darker and more adult themed comic films even for pg 13 like xmen movies usually are. they will also give directors freedom and will not have to dumb xmen stories down in films. disney will insists xmen be like all the other mcu movies. that is worse. there is no way to spin it.

Disney is so fake smart that they pretend Logan did not even happen even after Fox said they will make more r rated movies. Disney acts as if deadpool is the only one that need r rating because they want to limit the r rating conversation as much as they can. so they easily not talk about Logan, a superior movie to deadpool that even used the r rating system better than deadpool.

So Disney is worse. at least when it comes to xmen. they are worse. its sad, some rather pretend I am trolling.
