Literally just came from Target and you'd be shocked to see all the X-Men shirts they have now. To think it only took Disney to buy Fox and then BOOM we get all of this cool merch again.

Got me to thinking, I'm a 90s baby but did anyone ever have this really cool X-Men lunchbox?

Can’t wait for all the X-Men merchandise to start rolling in, particularly when a new film comes out.

I see Gambit, Wolverine,Cyclops,Beast,Kitty andJean? whos the one in pink? I wonder if that could be a hint as the sort of team we could expect? Id be so down with that as the MCU team. I could see wolverine taking more of a backseat role and Feige letting someone else take the lead like Cyclops.

That lunch box is like 20 years old. And the one in the pink is jubilee. It's not merch currently for sale in stores.

That's Rogue and Psylocke, LOL.

Don't talk to me about being old. My first exposure to Spider-Man, Morgan Freeman and "Heey Yooou Guuuuys!" was from the show "The Electric Company"

:p

Is that Meego Thing? I remember that figure. I think there was a Human Torch one too with flame clothing.

Yep, I had that one plus Reed and Sue. I also had Hulk, Iron Man , Spider-Man, Captain America and the Lizard. I don't think they made any FF villains.

My first exposure to Spider-Man was in 1972 with the 67 cartoon in syndication.
It was the Scorpion episode where he punched holes through a steel plate with his tail.

Wasn't there the Falcon as well? You should post pics of them here, especially the Fantastic Four. I'm interested to see how Meego even did Sue. I had the Hulk one (both the small dark green one and the large light green one).

Same here- '92. What an amazing time it was! I sometimes wonder what it would be like as a kid growing up right around the time Iron Man came out, seeing the MCU develop with young eyes, but I still love that era and wouldn't change it for anything.
Ditto. I still remember going to Toys R Us in '97 and seeing a sub-section of Marvel dedicated to the X-Men. The old Toybiz X-Men figures.

I wonder if I'm the only 90s kid who had the X-Men Battle Blasters

There was a Falcon and a few others. Both Reed and Sue were sort of weird/creepy looking.

I don't think this is quite complete. I think a few more came after these ones:

Lol, that Sue looks hideous. Actually they all look a bit creepy. Human Torch just looks like some weirdo who has been skinned and is wearing a camp bright orange jumpsuit. Sue looks like an old woman who is trying to hang onto her youth and has dyed her white hair blonde. Reed looks like he's wearing his top on backwards.

I think the FF could only look worse if they made Meego versions of Fant4stic. :o
