Or Hugh Jackman can play a new character................like Adam Warlock..............or Reed Richards.![]()
Jackman would be perfect as Doctor Doom.

Which is infuriating to me because the X-Men proper should be the priority.
They're getting all this talent for the other projects but the main franchise is stuck with the same old, same old.
I fear for the future of the X-Men franchise. The films as of late have mostly been very good. Apocalypse being the exception and even it was more mediocre than outright bad.
But I look at the future plate and all I see is chaos. I just can't help but think the lack of planning could bite them hard in the very near future. Hopefully I'm wrong, but to me the reports of what is happening backstage at Fox with regards to this franchise seems eerily similar to the mess they've got at WB with the DCEU.
Fox is shooting itself in the foot with their own stubbornness. I don't think Fox has ever had a comic book movie to make $1B and they are truly limited themselves with their idiotic moves. Having Ryan Reynolds help write DP2 is dangerously risky!
If I'm not mistaken he helped write the first film as well.
It's said the two writers were Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick.

KINBERG: I have no idea. I think the truth is we would not make another Fantastic Four movie until it was ready to be made. One of the lessons we learned on that movie is that we want to make sure we get it 100% right, because we will not get another chance with the fans.

So F4 doesn't appear to be what Marvel Studios apparently got in exchange for the whole X-Men TV show deal.
Therefore, maybe it was merchandising or promotional stuff they got.
I doubt Kinberg would be knowledgeable of that info. Or even if he was do you think he would expose that in a random interview?
They will do everything in their power to keep it away from Marvel just to spite them. The last one lost 80 million damn it. Give it back Fox, you have had way more chances than you deserved.
Probably wasn't credited, but he was heavily involved with the movie. It's said the two writers were Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick.
They don't have another chance with the fans for a sequel this time round!!![]()

For reals, but they will continue to beat the dead horse by rebooting it. They know the villains and side characters belonging to Marvel/MCU is dangerous. They will do everything in their power to keep it away from Marvel just to spite them. The actors have also moved on. MBJ is now in the MCU with Black Panther, I doubt Teller would want to do it, and the others know how hated it was. They don't have another chance with the fans for a sequel this time round!!![]()

He wont just come out and say they are done with the FF even if there is no chance in hell they will make another.
I'm not asking for Kinberg to say anything. But for all the speculation this thread has had on Marvel Studios supposedly getting the F4 back in exchange for Fox getting more control of the X-Men, the supposed surprise reveal of the F4 appearing in Phase 4 of the MCU...that doesn't seem to be the case right now.
Which now begs the speculation of what Marvel Studios might have gotten, if not the First Family.

we would love to make another Fantastic Four movie.
It could be. If it was, they wouldn't be allowed to reveal it until a press embargo has passed. So F4 doesn't appear to be what Marvel Studios apparently got in exchange for the whole X-Men TV show deal.
.
It almost seems like he is saying that in an indirect way.

Well there's no way in hell a Fantastic Four movie will be "ready to be made" in the next 5 years, and that means Marvel will get the rights.
