A character in last night's episode of Arrow says "I knew you were alive. I felt it in my bones."

And I just burst out laughing.
:funny:

But did he speak in a horrible Brooklyn accent? :hmm
Trav writes for that show.

^ Lol...Honestly, that show cribs so much from the Nolan trilogy, that I wouldn't be susrprised if it was an intentional nod to TDKR.
Nope, it was a nod TO ME!

True, but you guys do know that it's an expression right? Hahaha.

Haha, and that's not even the line in TDKR anyway, it's actually "I can feel it in my bones and stuff."
Agreed. Totally.

So was the ending real or imagined by Alfred. With Noland it's hard to tell.

Lol, the Batman/Superman boards can't handle Travesty's path of destruction.

Heh, yeah, the new guys+shape(shape always gets irritated) can't handle The Travesty!

To be fair to them, you're an acquired taste. :cwink:

But every time I poke my head in there I feel oddly proud to call the TDKR boards home. I almost feel like this should be the SHH! bootcamp. :funny:

That's a great one. I remember people getting excited from that in trailers/commercials - a very cool Batman moment.

My favorite shot is either the flare scene or my avatar. As DACrowe said in the Affleck is Batman thread,

Even appear in daylight at the end of TDKR as both a symbol AND a man, who is clearly flesh and blood in the sun's morning light. A first in the ENTIRE TRILOGY.

He has come out of the proverbial dark night and put away his "tricks and theatricality," as well as his tradition.

I wouldn't say he put away his "tricks and theatricality" at all. He still goes around blowing stuff up with The Bat, and then he fakes his death. :hehe:

"No auto pilot."

Theatricality and deception, a tricky liar who once again bamboozled the city and trolled his friends. It's too bad Alfred didn't die of a stroke at Wayne's grave to teach Bruce a lesson.

I guess it's my favorite photo of Batman, that's what i really mean. My favorite shot in the movie is definitely the flare scene when Bats walks out on the ice.

Yea, I get you. :)

Wally P. is a master cinematographer, and I love the look of the whole trilogy. So many beautiful, memorable shots.

I don't always get irritated. In fact, I've found you funny plenty of times. But there's a difference between between being clever and making harmless jokes (even if it's the same joke over and over)...and being rude to posters who are trying to have an honest discussion.

What you did in the Batsuit thread yesterday was just weird, unnecessary, unabashed trolling that served no purpose. I guess you get bored sometimes and don't know how to control yourself? Lol

Trav is funny, i found his remarks funny in that batsuit thread. But it was pure trolling. There was no other reason for it besides trying to be funny and annoy some people, or make jokes of what they were talking about. It's trolling. I was cool with it and wouldn't have done anything, but i guarantee if i did that i would get an infraction or a temporary ban. But Trav gets away with it somehow.
