To be fair, someone with that sort of burn scarring would probably die from untreated infections not long afterwards anyway.

So? It matters more that they got the characterization down and did the whole character justice, which they did. There's not a whole lot of interesting things you can do with Two-Face after his initial vengeance arc anyway.

Anyone here ever see the film "Let The Right One In"? Its a really good Swedish vampire film but a guy pours acid in onto his face to disfigure himself before being arrested by the police so they cannot indentify him. I know in TDK Harvey was burnt by gasoline and an explosion but man in that film the guy looks so disgusting

I don't think anyone with horrible facial burns would survive too long
