I feel bad for lana condor, she is still promoting the movie like she has a big role it even though she is barely even in it.

i mean it will probably help her career being in the spot light like this but still

Exactly! I feel bad for her too! To be honest, I'd rather have Jubilee's scenes than that pointless Alkali Lake scene and Wolverine fan service cameo.

No never been big jubilee fan.this is last time wolverine will be in full X-men film till they recast or reboot.and both cyclops and jean are important in alkali lake scenes.

the fact she has to answer questions about jubilee and then when people see the movie see none is it... is kinda embarrassing but hey

Fun Fact: For #XMenApocalypse, Bryan Singer created an exact replica of the mall arcade he grew up playing in

Regarding Lana still promoting the movie despite her scenes being largely cut. She may feel it's good business to keep herself in the picture PR-wise to both raise her profile and be on good terms with the filmmakers since she's probably contracted for a sequel and may be hopeful for something more.

Yeah that's a really smart move on her part.

I think her look is fantastic and would like to see lana used in the future.

Someone mentioned wolverine... he provided some much needed action!

Has anyone seen the live chat they did on Facebook? It went for about 6 minutes. Lana was very quiet but the rest were fun. They have such good chemistry and energy with each other.

Scott and Jean screaming each others names is literally my favorite part of X-Men lore

JEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNN

I do feel bad for Lana as well. She has been so excited, and also great to fans during this whole filming and release process of the movie. However, if you look at the film and compare Jubilee's scenes to the previous movies... Lana, even with her scenes being cut, shows up more than the first three Jubilee appearances combined. Her total screentime is actually more, I believe, than Jubilee's X2 appearance WITH the deleted museum power scene. Almost as much as X1 Iceman, and More than X2 Kitty, Colossus, and Siryn.

However, the mall scenes have been announced to be included in the DVD release. There is a montage of the four teens walking around the mall, in the food court, nightcrawler breakdancing, Jubilee using her powers in the arcade, and them going to a record store.
I'm assuming a few of her other scenes were reduced, too, and will hopefully be on the DVD.

Seeing how popular Lana has become and has been on all of the interviews/shows... hopefully it will help her career and also give her a big chance at returning for the next X-Film or New Mutants.

Got my tickets for the earliest showing on Thursday. 6:05pm. I'm not expecting a terrific film, but as long as it's on par with The Last Stand or The Wolverine I won't leave completely disappointed.

I love Shipp's personality.

bless Tye and his denim jackets
