Given that the DCAU version of Batman was established as having been involved with Barbara Gordon (before 'The Killing Joke' movie gave us that weird sex scene), him sitting down and having coffee with Comissioner Gordon like that seems pretty awkward. Almost as awkward as the fact that Batman was involved with someone who previously dated his adoptive son...
