I like that casting idea, not so much Smith as manhunter though, just don't see it.

I had to look up Armitage. I didn't realize it was the guy from The Hobbit. Not really seeing Will Smith as MM though. I don't know why Taye Diggs comes to mind, but I like his look for MM.

That's not really a fair assessment of him. He's had some roles where he was downright fantastic IMO (especially in comedies). The reason I bring up After Earth is because that's one of the few works where he's terrible.

but it would indeed be cool if we got back to back movies in 2015 (BvsS) and 2016 (Justice League) with a cliffhanger ala Pirates 2/3 or Matrix 2/3.

For me it does. With all the action Zack is probably going to put in this bad boy, I need time for story.
