Not sure if posted. But Jett is back with some news

Our good 'ol friend "Doctor Detroit" is back with some BvS scuttlebutt/rumor/news. Don't worry, there are NO SPOILERS below, trust me. Here goes...

"One minor update and one potentially major update. I've been told that Michigan shooting will start at Michigan Motion Picture Studios in Pontiac. I'm hearing mid-March as the start date. Michigan location shooting won't start until late spring (May or possibly June) at the earliest.
Now, I specified ‘Michigan’ shooting above, because we know a scene has already been shot in Los Angeles. However, with Chris Terrio now [re-writing the film], that footage is likely scrapped. There was speculation that everything up to the point of Terrio taking over had been scrapped as well (including Batsuit and Batmobile) but that does not appear to be the case. BECAUSE…

My sources tell me a shoot is currently taking place in the Los Angeles area. What's being shot? Well, I've been told it involves the highly anticipated, new BATMOBILE! Whether this footage will end up being used in the film or is for the purposes of testing/promotion is not entirely clear. But it does reveal that pre-Terrio/Affleck designs have been retained.

This information coincides with what I'd heard previously about the new Batmobile being tested in late January/early February."

what did Landis say?
He did tweet this about JGL:
I call my dick "Joseph Gordon Levitt" cause he's shorter than me, perpetually smirking and obnoxiously self congratulatory

:funny: What a ****...

Why would a new screenwriter mean changing the batsuit and batmobile?

It doesn't...designs are the domain of the production designer and the director...in fact the script wouldn't describe the suit or the mobile.

I think this "crying Nolanization" thing is starting to go too far. Nolan is the wolf of this decade. People see him everywhere and in everything. People were making grounded stories and giving characters back-stories long before Nolan.

Very true.

It's nice being able to be excited for a batsuit and batmobile again - especially knowing that the guy overseeing the designs is an avid comic book fan.

Seriously. Design-wise, I haven't been this excited since 2003.

Goyer had more to do with Begins than the other two movies. It's no coincidence that the other two movies had much better dialogue in my opinion anyway. The relatively more realistic approach in his movies is not a bad thing. It was his vision and it worked well there. I don't know why people keep whining about it.

I've often gotten the sense there's a love hate relationship with some people towards Nolan's Batman. One the one hand they know they can't criticise the films for being bad or being a bad version of the Batman mythology, it's just for some lacking the fantasy element the encompasses the DC universe. It's not going to surprise me in the least if the next Batman is far more celebrated amongst fans even if he turns out to be an inferior version of the character simply because he's in a world that has aliens.

 I have no doubts those things, alone with the Batcave, are going to be stunning visually.

I really want a very sports car like Batmobile. It can look a little armored, but I want it to be sleek looking. So no overly done Burton type designs either.

It's gonna be a smart car.

Deal with it, y'all. :o

It will no doubt do a lot of dumb things that gets him in trouble with Johnny Law. :o

I'm hoping the new Batmobile design resembles this:

It's not all about darkness and the night and justice...sometimes it's about saving the planet

How will he do it? Does he do it only in black? Or sometimes very, very dark grey?
