Well we'll have to wait and see. I'm sure they'll have some formidable foes for the likes of Superman, Batman, and wonder woman to contend with that'll properly showcase their abilities.

And with the casting of Jesse as Lex, I'm starting to think that they won't put him in a situation where he dons a special suit to fight off his foes since Jesse doesn't give that type of impression and I don't think they're aiming for a Lex where he looks physically imposing, but a Lex where his intelligence is his real assets.

He's a hired mercenary and former Military Man (I think). But, he's been known to have been injected with some serum that enhanced his physical abilities.

They could have it where Lex was the one responsible for making Slade Wilson stronger, as Slade was part of a ongoing program that Lex was running in order to create stronger beings that would counteract potential threats like Superman, and with Slade's serum being one of many projects aligned with how Metallo came about as well.

Plus, he could be hired by Lex to take out Batman.

Yeah and his name is Wade Wilson because Liefeld was acknowledging he was taking elements from Slade Wilson

Also yeah, it's easy to work Deathstroke into a story with Metallo and Lex as villains. Lex and Deathstroke have been known to work together. Both Deathstroke and Metallo could work for Luthor.

Here's how I could see it working out..

Lex secretly acquires Kryptonite and creates Metallo in order to kill Superman. Metallo isn't really a good choice to kill Batman, as John Corben doesn't have the skill set to track down Batman, and Batman wouldn't be so stupid as to challenge Corben to a direct fight. Deathstroke the Terminator is a master mercenary and obviously has the skill set required to track down and kill Batman.

yep, Deadpool first appeared in 91, 11 years after Deathstroke, he's a bit of a parody of Deathstroke, though he is sorta his own thing now.

Deathstroke could fit quite easily.

He's a mercenary for Waller, Lex or some unknown party (Hinted to be the Joker).

He doesn't need any screen time beyond the action scenes. he could be like Kruger from Elysium.

Alternatively, I think the bat drones could make for good Wonder Woman fodder. Have it so they're under the control of some unknown party (later revealed to be Brainiac, the villain of the JL movie)

Metallo and Batdrones would also work nicely with the themes of control/power, and they wouldn't suck too much screentime away from Supes&Bats.

i like the idea of Lex, Metallo and Deathstroke being villains in this because you can bring those three back for a JL movie with the Legion of Doom as the villains.

A lot of people are against the idea of Joker being the main villain of a solo Batman movie again. I think it would be refreshing to see Joker on a team of supervillains the next time we see him.

I think Lex hiring a mercenary like Deathstroke or Deadshot would be awesome. A mercenary to deal with Bats and Metallo to give Supes a fight would be pretty sweet.

We're all pretty much expecting either Brainiac or Darkseid for a Justice League movie, but what about the Legion of Doom?

And what would your line up be? I don't mind the line up in this picture ^, but i like the idea of Grodd and Deathstroke being on the team.

I've always like the idea of Deathstroke being hired by either Lex or the Joker to take out Batman. I think it would make perfect since now with this Batman being an older veteran. Every major bad guy wants him dead and are probably tired of trying to do it themselves. Enter Deathstroke the Terminator, hired mercenary. All it would take is for Batman to ruin some type of illegal deal Lex had going and without any hesitation he hires Deathstroke to kill the Batman. It would be a perfect opportunity to see just exactly what kind of Lex we're dealing with.

I am actually of the mind that the CSA would be a different choice for first villains in a JL movie. How many times have we actually seen the evil twin/alternate universe thing done on the big screen in a block buster tentpole?

I wonder if Arrow or Flash will even have a chance of being in the movie played by their TV actors or even if they're recast.

You know how touchy WB is about multiple versions of the same character on screen.

I think Flash should be in JL if they're doing it. I hope they just recast Flash for JL and keep them separate. Don't care much about Arrow and don't need him in JL.

I feel like they might be waiting to see how The Flash pilot does before deciding whether to connect them at all, there could potentially be a lot riding on Grant Gustin's shoulders atm. Also likely that they have no intention of doing it but I'd personally love to see it connected, as having Green Arrow and Flash both well developed as characters and ready for JL would be a great opportunity, Arrow would likely be on its final season around the time JL came up as well.

If they do have Doomsday in BvS, I think it would be cool if it was Vandal Savage who woke the beast in an effort to reduce the world's population, like in the animated movie.

Then in the JL movie, we get his next effort, the Legion of 'Doom'.

That many villains would be super exciting.

I definitely wouldn't mind seeing it in the DCCU. And even elseworlds stuff.

We could get that Bale or JGL-Robin cameo after all...
