The dialogue is just memorable and repeatable. But it's ultimately too hard to tell the full story as to why this is legendary. It must be experienced.

I don't expect Joker or Lex to be a part of the squad (I'd be very surprised if either were tbh) I imagine Lex will either be a behind the scenes puppetmaster or the films villain and joker will probably be present because it'd be disappointing to explain Harley without showing the Joker himself, he is kinda important to her story (as in absolutely necessary) He could also be an antagonist of sorts. The suicide Squad movie definitely has my attention now though.
