Ahhhh memories. The s*** storm over that was greater than the pint sized Bane/old man voice criticisms we have now.

The reimagining of Joker is still probably the most controversial thing Nolan's done in this series, and yet it turned out to be incredibly successful. I'll prefer to give Nolan the benefit of the doubt, even if I don't quite know what the heck he's doing.
