sweet news on the helena b/huntress character coming in for a short stint. Can't wait to see how thaat turns out. And what other female/male heroes we will see pop in.

Also saw the news about the producers wanting to use only complainting heroes verses the big name guys. In a way I agree with do that. With style/tone they are going for. But I really hope they don't fully stick to the comment of no powers. That cuts away a lot of dc heroes/villains right off the bat they wouldn't be able to do right. Unless they alter them a lot. And its not like we need to have superman/green lantern level power class guys. Simple power/tech heroes with weapons/jumping/clinging/strenth/mind powers would be douable. And written right can work in the realistic/realism angle they are trying to go with.

Well they don't really indicate his strength levels before he is injured, but the fact he got disfigured by some regular prisoners it would seem he grew stronger afterwards.

In any case, Bane had a drug that increased his durability.

He wasn't trained by R'as Al Ghul before he's injured. I think that helped more than the mask.

A drug that prevents him from feeling pain and enhancing his strength beyond that of normal men administered through Bane's mask.

Sounds like Venom to me.

Prevents him from feeling pain? Yes.

Enhancing his strength? No.

He was losing the supply when Batman was destroying his mask and it was all Bane that punched right into that pillar, so one easily can say it was all Bane that broke into Batman's mask as well.

Yes. He was.
I guess he is going to be a tough villain for Ollie. Possibly a recurring one.

Well with them saying they don't want to do guys with powers. I really hope the question would be a choice some time in show. He is a simple character and verry easy/doable costume too.

Also sorry on my spelling error I meant to say complitmentary heroes ie huntess/canary/question/wildcat and heroes like them. But I still hope in time we will dive into at least some low lvl powered guys. As I said before there is plently of ways to do low lvl powers and explain it off in some logical/science reason. All counting how realistic/realism angle show plays out.

GreenArrowTV has gotten confirmation that the sixth episode of Arrow will be called “Legacies.”

(Hard to believe that Episode 6 is soon to shoot, with 6 out of the 22 titles now known, right?)

This is suspected to be the episode that features the first appearance of Jessica De Gouw as Helena Bertinelli, the Huntress.

So on the mask topic if in time they move from painted on mask to a more solid mask. What if they used something like this:

I think something with lenses that wide would be even less convincing than eye paint. But the painted mask, the hood, long-range weapon, and fact if he's up close they'll likely be tussling is cover enough.

Well lenses could be swapped out for different type of lenses. I just don't think painted on mask will work for long term deal. More so if arrow starts getting surrounded by cops and the villains he faces.
