Did he deliberately do the hair curls?

Kaley's on an immensely popular show; so she's much better known than Gina -- that's all. As far as looks go, just because some people prefer Kaley over Gina, that doesn't necessarily mean they favor one type over another. For instance, (brunette) Jaclyn Smith beats (blonde) Farrah Fawcett in my book any day of the week, but I also prefer (blonde) Cheryl Ladd over Kate Jackson (brunette). It all depends on the person -- from my perspective at least. =)

I was talking about Henry's perspective, who has dated 2 (I bet more) blond girls.
Kaley looks like Ellen, his former fiancee.

Hey, guys, I think this video could explain his last love stories:

Well, I don't understand some words, too much noise...or it's me...?

His performance was so amazing, that he makes sometimes people forget that he did not get the physique right. But it is indeed true. He was fit but nowhere near the Superman physique. Cavill is the only one who has gotten the physical appearance down perfectly. Routh was the worst offender. Honestly, I have bigger biceps than his in SR. That just ain't done. Superman should be this awe-inspiring being, not someone ordinary.

Honestly, I still remember Reeves being "fat" in Superman movies.
My father has more biceps!
To me, he seemed he was flat and I laughed the first time I've seen him in his suit. His legs were really really embarrassing. Not enough muscled. Same for Brandon Routh, same for Dean.
I though it was made for sausages! :woot:
So, when I was watching him using his "superforce", I just could not stop laughing wondering how the hell this guy could do that while he did not even look like a muscled man.
But, still better than the first Superman....:whatever:

It seems now I may have been wrong for Cain or Routh because of the suit.
Henry looks greater with this MOS suit so the world is perfect... :hrt:
Better than -> :BA (or not? some compare him to Arnold)

There is a passage in the movie where I think he is as cold as Reeves because he walks in kinda the same way. Stunning. :fhm:

That's right, with Reeves' cup hair which never changed as Superman, it looked like he was made of steel :)

Well, I should stop right now my comparisons...:yay:

I wouldn't be surprised if Supes is smaller in the sequel.

The new Batman looks so short. :p

Ok seriously why are his hips out so far!? It just looks weird!
Speaking of the chest hair, we all love it, but do you think it should have been shaved at the top so it wouldn't stick out the top of his suit? Just looking for opinions.

Oh heavens, no, that was one of my favourite things about Superman visually. It looked incredibly hot and manly. :awesome:

I wouldn't be surprised if Supes is smaller in the sequel.
He'll be the same size. The suit is already made, he now just needs to train to fill out the suit. He might not get as cut though.

So has anyone got Cavill's reaction to the MoS/Batman news? How long has he been in the know for this you think?

Privately do you think he's disappointed or maybe relieved he'll sort of be sharing billing for the next film?

I think he might've known and he might have given us some forshadowing with this.

With Man of Steel opening in less than a month, Henry Cavill has been making the press rounds lately, and the actor recently spoke about how he would like to see a Superman/Batman crossover movie.

"I think it would be really interesting with the age-old Batman/Superman conflict, because they are two different sides of the same coin and their methods are entirely different. And I think it would actually make for an interesting story as to why, first of all, they were going head to head and how. I think that would make a great story."

When asked if this movie is actually in the works, Henry Cavill offered this response.

"Who knows, I'm sure there's all sorts of ideas being thrown around at Warner Bros right now."

As for sharing the billing I'm sure he doesn't mind.

Hmm and he was quick to dispel any notion of JL coming out soon as well. Which some people brushed off as him having no real idea of what's going on behind the scenes.

I think he will remain first billed. Simply because he's the first hero of the new continuity.

The only sort of danger he is in is if the new Batman guy comes and gives an outstanding performance.

But now for all DC movies that star Superman, Cavill will always retain first billing.

That's right Henry, you show off that manly chest hair! :p

Nah, he knows, or I'm sure he has some kind of inkling of what's going on or what's being planned for the sequel (and maybe some other DC future projects). Actors are paid or contracted to keep a tight lip on top secret film productions they're involved in.

That's hard to say if he really does get first billing? Some people forget Keaton didn't get top billing in Batman and Reeve had to wait til the 3rd Superman to get top billing.

There's a good chance but if this really is 50/50 Bat-Supes type film and they cast a more well known/established actor for batman that could change?

I think it might be a matter of who's getting paid the most in the end since Brando and Nicholsan both got paid way more than either Keaton or Reeve did, and I'm sure that Gene Hackman got paid more than Reeve as well.

TMZ followed Henry at the airport the other day and were asking him stupid questions about George Zimmerman as well as Batman beating up Superman with kryptonite. He handled it well. You could see he couldn't wait to get to his flight.

Yeah, that was a new low, even for TMZ. What a bunch of A-holes. Kudos to Henry for not playing into their little game.

Cavill's a downright CHAMPION for this role as Supes. Just who he is as a person makes this one of the best castings in superhero lore. Dude is so legitly good it isn't even funny haha. Again. He IS Superman. Whoever is cast as the Bat is in GREAT hands with Henry because Cavill took this pressure perfectly.

Yeah. I just hope whoever they cast as the new Batman fits that role as perfectly as Henry fits Superman. I've been racking my brain since the announcement though, and honestly I can't think of one actor who perfectly fits the bill yet, other than Bale (who isn't coming back).

I'm more than not worried for Batman. All Snyder's comic movies have memorable leads.
