Yup I was in line, one of the first 50 people. I got there around 645 or so. It was awesome. Sadly Yurka wasn't able to arrive until later, im sure hes probably still in line for the next session. Sucks, I couldn't really warn him haha.

Sweet so how was the audition? Were there lines you had to do? lol We are def going up the 17th to do the 9am session. So we should get in line by 630am, that's a good benchmark!

Ok I need a list of whose going for the June 18th and 19th ones and when you are arriving!!

Yup I was in line, one of the first 50 people. I got there around 645 or so. It was awesome. Sadly Yurka wasn't able to arrive until later, im sure hes probably still in line for the next session. Sucks, I couldn't really warn him haha.

Just got out, I thought showing up at 8:30 would be early enough but I was sorely mistaken, ended up getting in around 11:15. There must have been 3,000+ people there. Awesome time though!

Cool. is your group the last? or were they taking more? there are thousands there, but the ballroom only fit, what 500-550 people? so a lot of people had to wait outside.

I literally saw people from my highschool there, tons of people I knew from all around, word had really gotten out I suppose. About 40% of the room raised their hands when asked if they were extras before, I figured that wasnt so good for me and inexperienced fellows.

Message from inside the audition;
We dropped our son off this morning at 8:00 for the 9:00 audition start. The line wrapped about half way around the block at that point (~200-300 in line).
I drove around and asked a burly guy in front what time he arrived....5:30AM.

Inside, they took photos and recorded physical stats. Three hours in all.

the interest in the film is fascinating.......guys traveled from VERMONT just to be auditioned. Anyone from farther out?

Yeah man sorry we couldn't meet up, my service in that ballroom was sketchy. If you come back for filming we'll have to get food or something.

Im not sure if they prefer people with extra's experience, it seems like they wanted all different types and were willing to try to accommodate all kinds of people. I think its all even.

I'm near Boston and am trying to get out there for next weekend. I'm leary because I don't want to spend all that time & money and not be chosen.

I made the first session this morning. Met quite a few interesting people.
Once I finish a few errands, I will upload some of the photographs taken. Terrific experience - enjoyed every moment of it, even if I am not selected. I wish luck to everyone who went today and those who are attending the upcoming sessions.
