[BLACKOUT]Words cannot express how satisfying that neck snap was.

Have to admit, I teared up a little at the Machine's message. :atp: [/BLACKOUT]

Wow next week is the finale?

Yeah, 22 this season like with season 2.

with all this talk of Sodom and Gomorrah, why am I thinking that Samaritan's plan may be something nuclear involving Washington DC?... or am I just being over-imaginative?

My god. This episode. My heart is still racing.

[blackout]
F*** YEAH at the Martine neck snap. OMG. YESSSSSSSSS!!!!!1111 Talk about satisfying! It was so perfect.

Whoever played that woman that Control was torturing was so good because I wanted to hurt her SO BAD when she dropped her act.

Sameen!!! :hrt:

The machine... :waa: Hang in there, girl!

What a bada** episode. The writers never fail to produce a good ending to a season. As much as I liked the neck snap and mole getting popped, I think Dominic getting played by Elias felt just as good. Dominic now knows what payback and getting played by a master criminal feels like.

Edit: In case someone wants a gif of the infamous takedown, here it is:

^ Yes, that was friggin' awesome as well.

I will just echo everyone else's sentiment here and say that this was fantastic episode

predictions for season finale
-The Machine is louring Samaritan into a trap,by having Samaritan consume it and then sacrificing itself with a virus of some sort.
-Control and her cavalry will come to the rescue of Harold/Root.
-The program Root was working with Caleb is basically the machines algorithm, which will be implemented once both the machines die, causing a new version of the machine to be reborn at he end of the episode.

I'd say those are pretty good guesses, although Nolan/Plageman suggested something a tad messier as we head off into Season 5 so I'm thinking a couple more outrageous twists will occur as well.

I like these ideas although I don't think
Samaritan will "die" by the en of this season. I could see Team Machine having some sort of victory though. Or at least I hope so! :woot:

I really enjoyed yesterday's episode. It grabbed me right from the get-go and kept me holding my breath between commercial breaks.

I thought it interesting during the interrogation scene Control referred to Harold and co as ''Friends''

Oh man ! You guys are killing me, as I can't watch the episode until later tonight.

Love the predictions especially
that both machines will die and then reboot....what about if they reboot as a merged AI entity ?
. There's certainly a Neuromancer vibe to the whole show.

I predicted that
Root would sacrifice herself to save the machine
not sure if that will still happen, as she's a fan fave and has been really instrumental over the last 2 seasons. Still, it would make sense.

Apparently we're due for a bunch of casualties in the finale, can't wait and hope that it's Greer ( personally, I'm hoping that it's Finch who ultimately takes him out). And of course whether Dominic or Elias come out on top.
In the past Elias has been at his most dangerous when he looks totally defeated.

Cheers.
