Marvel.com issues a press release announcing that Chadwick Boseman has an unspecified role in Age of Ultron.

I can wait till Avengers 3 for Black Panther (& hopefully Ms Marvel). Cameos are fine but I don't want any more major characters introduced as we already have 3 new ones to focus on and BP & MM deserve proper intros. Throw everyone into Avengers 3 when Thanos is in town. Would be rude not to show up then!

Right now, all the talk about BP and Carol Danvers are hearsay and rumors. There is more legitimacy about Dr. Strange than there is those two.
