How in the hell can you say it's better than the normal emblem he currently has in the comics? How is the lard ass bat better than that? Seriously now, the suit itself is perfect, but this could have been better.

Seriously though, I think there is something to depicting the actual Bat as looking stream-lined. I'm a big fan of the TDK symbol but for something from the comics I'd have prefered something more akin to this:

I know there's a huge Frank Miller influence their bringing but that specific emblem really only works with his exact art work. Other than that I am pretty shocked how much I like the new costume.

Anyway it is odd that I still can't tell whether the belt is bronze or steel. It seems washed-out bronze to me. And I absolutely love those capsules. Also, I think there is leather on the sides of those pouches:

While I love the Batsymbol of BvS. I think in the future the symbol will change and variates as merchandise requires, I think in JL when he surpasses this "no trust" and damaged Batman we may see something more styled. But if BvS logo continue to be the symbol with few improvements I'd be glad.

I really don't see how it could get any better for future Batmen. A great problem to have. I hope this stays as the base for Batman, like Spider-Man has had pretty much the same costume with small tweaks (not counting the dreadful TASM suit).

Ear length, symbol shape, and perhaps the facial expression should be variable, but I hope this general look stays forever

I was thinking that too. Though, I would imagine we'd get suits that didn't try to look like muscle look we see in the comics and less bulky.

The cape is scalloped, you could see it in one of the shots in the trailer.

Btw, what makes everyone so sure that the white eyes are out of the question now? just because the mannequin doesn't have it doesn't mean that he won't have some sort of Detective mode/ CGI lenses.

Most likely they'll be retractable and it won't be his default look.

I'm so glad the most resilient batsuit defenders have finally gotten a suit like this.

I can't comment on that.

But I will say that I painted those parts that same day (2hrs before Con) with the paint I had available with me at the time.

These cosplayers wouldn't have made these alterations if they didn't have confidence they were accurate. Even if they turn out to be wrong, I don't get why people feel the need to be such d**ks about it.

When colour pics are revealed and the fins and all those bits are black you can point your fingers and say "haha I told you so" all you want, and if they turn out to be bronze they can do the same, but until then why not just wait and see and have a bit of decorum and respect?

Same goes for the batarang guy. Just leave it be until we can say one way or the other.

Even if they're wrong, why go out of the way to call someone a liar? People can make honest mistakes and receive incorrect information and such. Doesn't mean they're trying to BS us.

But maybe it's just me who feels this way.

When someone makes baseless claims and are unwilling (or unable) to back up such claims with any kind of evidence, explanation, or even reasonable logic, they absolutely deserve to be questioned, doubted, and called out on their BS.

Many of us who have been here a long time have seen plenty of attention-seeking liars come through the various SHH subforums making ridiculous claims of "inside info" and things like that. Rarely do any of these people pan out as truthful individuals with real information. When you get explanations that include things like "can't comment on that", "you'll see", "trust me", "my source", or "you'll be happy", they serve as automatic red flags of total and utter BS.

Now, if this person's claims turn out to be true, I'd be more than happy to eat my words. But in all honesty, why should we place any trust in a cosplayer who seems to only want people to look at his cosplay outfit and possibly has more than one SHH account?

I think this is the perfect shade of gray. It needs that strong contrast with the black.

Looks absolutely sick, but the Bat emblem is just too "obese". Looks almost like a big smudge across the chest at first glance.

This demonstrates why trunks would have been a good idea, haha.
