I think this is the perfect shade of gray. It needs that strong contrast with the black.

I prefer the 50 th shade of gray that is darker

To me, the suit is the perfect shade of Gray, actually I would've thought they would chicken out and made the gray much darker.

I still can't believe I am getting this Batsuit in live action, Black and Gray, big fat black bat across the chest, short ears (I prefer them), bronze belt, etc. Snyder you magnificent b****rd!

... I knew, I always knew the traditional look would trump black rubber and by god does it. It is a outcome so absolute that what came before simply does not matter any more. The cinematic timeline is reset: B.BvS.E and C.BvS.E. There is no more that needs be said in defense of the comic book suit. That the argument is wholly won is self-evident - the BvS batsuit is axiom.

The mannequin has the perfect Batman body, but I don't think it's accurate to Batfleck. He looks way bulkier in all that we've seen of him.

Regarding the "complains" just notice they thought the same about Superman's Cavill before MOS. until they see him in action, the minority of complains will change with a shirtless scene or something like that.
Also Superman and Batman's physique's in this are really different and people need to realize that. Batman's a pure brawler. Superman is more stylized.

If this is the image those cosplayers used to make their batsuit I can definitely see the confusion in coloring. The knuckles look a bit gold to me as well.
