If this is the image those cosplayers used to make their batsuit I can definitely see the confusion in coloring. The knuckles look a bit gold to me as well.

This is just an incredible costume.

And I love that they're clearly lighting it so it looks blue and gray in some shots. It's just outstanding.

Some people want to mock the old suits but everything sans the arctic suit more or less work. For me the TDKR suit is basically emphasizing speed and agility over strength. While the BVS suit emphasises strength. The others are forms of defense.

Of course if they ever want to bring back the yellow oval. The panther suit is the best of the bunch.

The Nolan suits emphasize the animalistic features of the suit as well via the cowl and cape.

Agreed in the broadstrokes. Each suit was perfect for their respective movies/approaches.
