Well I don't see superman being able to move at Mach 2 speeds when he's weakened by kryptonite.

There is that. Also, I get annoyed when I see fans extoll how powerful/fast/smart Superman is, yet they have a problem with the so-called "BatGod". If Supes was as all powerful the way they act when debating Bats v Supes he could never be defeated by anybody and he would be a very boring character. It's the main reason Kryptonite was invented in the first place, so the he could be imperiled, even by ordinary humans. He'd be Super boring otherwise.
