No idea, but I think it's the same scene as this :

Oh, and don't forget the branded guy in that old house. We'll see plenty of Bat-action before the clash with Supes.

Reading this post gives me hope.

And who knows, we could see him taking out Lexcorp guards as well.

The cowl and the neck part are connected to the cape. If he doesn't cut it off, I fail to see how he will be able to take only the cowl off.

Seeing this new pic and turning the brightness up a bit, i cant see the cowl being folded back.

Maybe because they used a very soft stunt cowl that is very flat when folded back? I don't know, seems more logical than him removing the cowl which is seamlessly connected to the neck part and cape.

I think...unfortunately... that we still won't be seeing the worlds most practical cowl. I think we'll just be seeing him without the cowl and with it, and not him taking it off or putting it on.

I mean you could be right and i would like your opinion much better but for me it just looks like it will work like bales bb cowl, dunno

But i hope you are right :)

It's not like Snyder didn't pull that off already with Nite Owl. And he's going to deliver again. Just wait for it.

We've already seen Superman pull the entire thing off in the dream sequence. That shows quite clearly how it functions, and yeah, it'll just come off instead of folding back.

The cowl doesn't connect to the cape. It sits on top of the cape. We've already seen that this is the case. Go back and look up pictures of the cape and cowl.

Alright, so maybe the cowl is indeed not connected to the cape ... but the cowl and the neck part are one piece. Supes took the whole thing off in the desert footage. And now look at how the lower neck part of the cowl is still attached to the suit in that new image.

There's clearly a neck part of the cape itself...

So that entire cape (with its own smaller neck) sits underneath the cowl with its longer neck.

images where you can see it "clearly" please.

The picture in question, where there's a short neck on that cape... The cowl clearly doesn't have a separable section on it, and we can see that the cowl isn't nearly big enough or stretchable enough to stretch around his entire head to fold in the back.

Notice the difference between the neck on the cowl in the picture you put up, and in the picture here. Notice how very clear it is that the cowl isn't behind his neck. And no, it's not laying flat. This cowl is too thick to do that. And if you can't recognize at least that fact, then I can't help you.

Oh, wished that would have been posted earlier. My bad then, thanks for posting it.

Oh, you're welcome. I saw somewhere earlier where someone mentioned they had brightened up the image. So I just thought to do that. I mean, it's kinda sad that he can't fold the cowl back, but then again, the cowl wouldn't have the form that it has if were that thin that it could fold back. So that's the tradeoff, I guess, and it probably wouldn't be believable enough to have a thick cowl for most of the time, and then have a thin cowl when he's folding it back.

I will say this, though. I really, really, really, really, really love this batsuit. It's perfect, imo. I can't imagine a batsuit that translates better to the big screen.

Yes I see what you mean. I lighten it up and it looks like he's only wearing the cape. It appears he detached the cowl-neck piece completely off.

Oops. Looks like I'm late

That's something I can agree on to 100% :). It's perfect.

Seems like Batman has adopted the power of translucency if you look at his right arm.

lol. I think he's behind a glass, though.

Nope. Same "scratches" are on Superman pic as well:

As for the cowl, they could have used a specialized one that folds back like in "Watchmen" with Nite Owl... I think it's impossible to claim that the cowl is not really there on his back right now.
