I still think that the ear length is absolutly great. The "catman" comments were ridicolous.

You see that black "under cowl" looking thing under the metal part that is definitely NOT the regular cowl OR the tech cowl? That kind of shows that the tech cowl does not go under the armour cowl.

Nice, in the video more from the batman mask.

Well we gotta keep in mind whether the tech cowl is the base layer of this cowl or the mechbat cowl. If the base cowl is the tech cowl, there's really no way it can be all rubberized and be stretched and pulled back like Nite Owl's. It becomes a helmet essentially with all the hard metal parts in it.

True..............but remember this is all fictional. They can do whatever the hell they want. A cowl containing tech that can fold back doesn't need to actually be created. The cowl already isn't one bit functional from crime fighting but the movie tells us it is.

Just like Henry Cavil isn't actually bulletproof nor able to fly. The tumbler wasn't really a tank capable of making those jumps.

Spider-mans mask in the films covered a helmet for shape that Peter Parker obviously wasn't wearing.

Are the pictures in that video available somewhere?

No, they weren't officially released. Your best bet is to download the video with a grabber tool and make your own screenshots.

...lies. LiES ! You just can't handle the truth...

It's true. All of it...

The picture in question, where there's a short neck on that cape... The cowl clearly doesn't have a separable section on it, and we can see that the cowl isn't nearly big enough or stretchable enough to stretch around his entire head to fold in the back.

Notice the difference between the neck on the cowl in the picture you put up, and in the picture here. Notice how very clear it is that the cowl isn't behind his neck. And no, it's not laying flat. This cowl is too thick to do that. And if you can't recognize at least that fact, then I can't help you.
Well bugger, that's disappointing.

This picture is incredible. Of all the Batman pictures and movies and whatever we've seen over the years, nothing has made me ever think he looks really "real". Until this picture.

He actually looks like he's real. My childhood hero come to life...I think I'm gonna cry with joy lol.

Thanks for sharing :)

So we've got this new Batman who's almost picture perfect in the form of broad-shouldered 6"4 Ben Affleck, a suit which finally shuns the shiny black PVC or assault suit look and is incredibly close to the comic versions, a Batmobile which looks awesome and probably the most iconic comic book battle of recent years in the form of Batman vs Superman.

And you know what excites me most?

Stubble.

Batman finally gets stubble. It's so refreshing to get a slightly grizzly Batman after years of smooth faced versions. Where did they ever get the time to shave whilst trying to save Gotham in all their respective movies?

LOL! Agreed. the stubble helps a lot. Ben would look weird clean shaven in this movie.

He's always looked better in the comics with some chin fluff.

That's him.
That's batman. :atp:

LOVE that pointy, hawk-like nose so much. I just wish the're been a bit more adventurous with the outer corners of the mouth-hole... had them sweep up a bit a la BTAS.

Me too man. I think I see what they're doing with the cowl though, kinda looks like they're following his chin/jawline.

The stubble is a nice touch to differentiate. And yeah, it's suits Affleck.

As an aside, still amazes me how, IMO, the '89 cowl far surpasses all the others up until this point.

Yeah the 89 cowl really was the best until BvS. It must be the little touches that differentiate them hugely, because in the grand scheme of things all the cowls are very similar. If I asked my 63yr old mother what one is her favourite she'd probably say they're all the same. Fans notice these things though.

What do you mean "legit"? You don't think these could possibly be somehow fake, do you? They're clearly real.

The reason I ask if its legit is simple, why haven't we seen HQ pics yet without the watermark?

It only takes like ten minutes to shave. It's not a big deal.

God bless you! God bless everyone!

The more important issue is... where did Batman find the time to take a dump? Does the Batsuit have a built-in toilet?
