Damn Kevin Smith now has me even way more anxious for the suit reveal and that probably won't happen until months from now and especially an official shot from the film!

I already had a feeling Snyder was going to do something different and more faithful to the comics but then rumors of Noel/Dark Knight Returns and Jim Lee inspirations started popping up recently and now Smith's excited praise

That's one thing I'm going to miss about the next movie; they absence of discovering Batman's new gadgets with him and the development of the suit...I know that all the past movies, with the exception of Begins, have picked up in mid stream with Batman already doing his thing, but I like seeing the development/training stage with Bruce a lot.

If any of you have played Arkham city, and used the dark knight returns skin, I think the material of that would be a good basis for a cloth Batman costume.

Not bad. I actually don't mind the short ears, But I would go with a slightly darker grey for the suit. Not sure about the blue cape lining though...

Since Affleck's Batman is a totally new character on film I'd love to see a small flashback scene to see glimpses on how this new character trained and became Batman before going into it in a solo film,just teases would be fine

It definitely has a "Batman: Year One" meets Jim Lee vibe to it. Don't think it's real, but if it is it looks like a concept or early development suit. Doesn't look...detailed...or polished enough to be shot.

Yep. I'm fairly certain the facial part is taken from whatever pic the manip-makers have been using since Affleck was announced.

That MIGHT be real. It looks like a spec suit. Something that's made from cheap materials to give an impression of how the final costume will look on film.

I actually really like the design. Change the material for the grey and address the crotch problem and you've got a great suit.
