Ya know what though. If that was actually the costume and the grey was darker and more like the Captain America material and the belt wasn't so cheap looking and the cape din't have a felt inner lining... I think fans would have gone nuts for it.

it maybe leak before shooting ..but when they start in public places theres no way to hide

If that pic was posted before Smith's expose I doubt anyone would have given it the time of day.

With that said, lighting is pretty damn important in these types of movies, especially for Batman. I'm sure Batman won't be film in any day shots (please no, for the love of all that is holy!), so they could theoretically get away with more than we think with the right contrasting mood lighting.
