Fox will still exist but they won’t be anything like they are right now once the deal closes since the Marvel rights they own will be stripped away from them and transferred over to Marvel Studios. I think it was one of Murdoch’s sons who jokingly dubbed Post-Merger Fox as ‘diet Fox’.
