And Galactus/Surfer/Uatu for Daredevil (and associated characters) might seem one-sided, but we know Marvel wanted that deal.
And that previously proposed deal combined with other circumstantial evidence makes me think Galactus/Surfer/Uatu is more likely than a complete deal.
Its not really that one-sided a deal. Its basically trading one temporary thing ( approval to make a number of TV shows ), in exchange for a permanent thing ( those characters reverted, forever ). As long as the contract isn't "you can now make whatever X-Men shows you want, however many you want, forever", as opposed to specifically being approval of certain proposed shows.
Plus, we know Marvel has done similar trades, vis a vis the Ego/NTW trade. I think Marvel would totally be up for chipping away at the Fantastic Four license a couple major characters at a time. Not only do they get stuff they want, but they make the license progressively less valuable, and thus more likely they'll get the rest back later, too.

It was Stan Lee. Somebody wrote a letter asking, since we were getting Spider-Man and Hulk (and Daredevil, Thor, Dr. Strange) TV shows if we would be getting an FF TV show.
