Negative reviews usually show up first for some reason, still saying around 90%.....doesn't matter anyway in the long run, seems like Nolan did it again and hit another homerun.

I agree negative reviews do tend to show up early, especially North American. There will be a flood of UK reviews down the line that will rave the film (UK critics love Nolan).

So yeah, 90 is still in play, and I'd be surprised (but EXTREMELY happy) to see it get back over 90.

All this RT make me remember that the number doesn't means that much. The Prestige, for example, is 76% on Rotten. I really think the movie deserves more. Grades, stars and others things aren't the best way to express something so personal like the experience to see a movie. There are so many things could influence that, and it changes with every person.

Honestly, with all these negative reviewers commenting on how the film falls short of TDK due to the absence of The Joker, it makes me wonder what they would have thought of that film without Ledger's performance.

And that's one point for The Dark Knight being praised ONLY because of Heath Ledger. How sad.

Go figure! UPS just dropped off the soundtrack. Gotham's Reckoning, here I come.

I hope he wasn't referring to Ledger as the other 'Brit'. If so...VOID. :007

Reminder: Please do not post reviews with spoilers.

This whole "it's not good because it doesn't have Joker" really worries me about the future of Batman in cinema. Looks like every movie will have Joker now. :whatever:

Cool fact https://***********/ropeofsilicon/statuses/225369690292224000

We were also told Dark Knight Rises is over 9 miles of film, longest of this format Seattle's legit IMAX theater has shown.

Thanks for quoting a spoiler-filled review. That's awesome .

wow that review was spoilery has hell probably should delete that ASAP

Damn, thank god I stopped reading when he mentioned the 'Joker' and fellow 'Brit' Hardy.

It never ceases to amaze me how people don't understand or read (NO SPOILERS).

Another reason I could never be a mod. I'd ban hammer the s*** out of people :thor:

Wow, some of the comments here (from posters) are really disappointing. How can you spend months (and in some cases, years) following the production and news surrounding a movie and then completely wig out the moment a small selection of "critics" (a job requiring no qualification or particular level of professionalism, I might add) give negative reviews? Not even particularly negative reviews, either!

There's a reason we're all here following this movie. There's a reason we've all been here following this movie for however long. We trust the people involved, and we know far more amazing things about this film, this mythology, this legend...than any "critic" can dismantle.

Seriously folks - chill.

Well, the first Batman/Bane fight is ruined for me.

Oh well.

OMG! That dude put a spoiler review in this thread?! I read like the first few sentences, I'm pretty pissed.

Well... I guess I should of saw that coming. A guy registering to spoil the whole movie.

Welp, I only have myself to blame for sticking around.

I am like praying right now for this movie to get above 90%. I really hope so if it's below TDK but above 90 I'll be fine.
Please don't make fun of me like you've been doing or I'm going to leave for a while. THis movie is very important for me and if it doesn't succeed I will be extremely upset.
