I never played Star Wars Galaxies but from what I've heard it looks amazing. Everything the design philosophy of a massively multiplayer game set in a "galaxy" should be... i've played TOR and everything is instanced and linear, it's bad. Half the time it's like playing a single player game with the occassional co-op mode. And then the "story" that is supposed to compensate isn't even that great, and the "flashpoint" where you kill Revan and loot his pants is a joke... hell the whole storyline they came up with for the Revan novel sounds bad.

Galaxies is pretty bad too. I didn't like any of it either.

Yeah.

It's just disappoint how Lucasarts became this generation of video games after the previous generation where you had KOTOR, Battlefront 1 and 2, Rogue Squadron 2, Bounty Hunter, Republic Commando, Jedi Outcast, and Jedi Academy.
