Snyder says for Justice League they built a backlot in England, for both Gotham and Metropolis. So no more Detroit in Justice League.
From the spoilers I've read (couldn't help myself ) Batman fans should be very happy.
Some early reactions. Most seem positive, however it seems like the ending could be problematic for some people.

And will piss off many Superman fans, as predicted.
Really? From 4:40 to 7:30 is absolutely golden as is 12:00 onwards. The former a more melancholic version and the latter the faster paced, more bombastic version of Batman's theme.
I love the fact that it's an actual, identifiable theme. Not just two notes. Thank you, Junkie XL.
While I did love Batman Begins, Nolan didn't fully comprehend Batman. Let's face it, he turned the franchise into a dark and convoluted police story and crime drama with a veiled vigilante called The Dark Knight (very briefly they called him Batman) doing little to nothing to intimidate his opponents. Both The Joker and Bane (along with Talia Al Ghul) totally owned him, and he merely scored a victory in the end. Merely. That's not the Batman I know.
Guys look at this, people can have such mouth gapingly ignorant opinion on Nolan's Batman films.
