I'd prefer someone with less media exposure than Jolie for Catwoman. That's a big part of why I'd rather have Kate Beckinsale for the role. Jolie wouldn't be a bad choice though. I would certainly not protest if they were to choose her.

She's my #2 choice now, because I realised she's kind of an unrealistic choice (when your paycheck is 10 million for one movie and you have an Oscar, I'd imagine you'd be picky about what roles you choose). Technically one could say the same things about Jolie, but there's alot more demand for her from the fans, so if WB wanted her badly enough they might be more likely to spring for her. But it also depends on who the director wants. Right now I really have no clue who which of "the big three" might end up with the part.

First of all, in my opinion, there are only two actresses who I feel could've ever done Catwoman perfectly: Ann-Margret, who never got her chance, and Michelle Pfeiffer, who will forever be the best to ever to portray her.

But as far as the choices on the thread go, I guess I'll choose Catherine Zeta-Jones. She's definitely the best looking. I can picture her in the role. I also like Jessica Alba, but I don't know if she can perform well enough to hold her own against actors like Bale and Oldman.

And for the poster who suggested Lindsay Lohan for Barbra Gordon, Lindsay would've been perfect a year ago, but now that she lost all that weight and dyed her hair blond, she can't do it anymore.

No. I do not want her to play Catwoman again. I'm just saying that, to me, her performance will always be the best. It's a matter of opinion. Jolie is too famous, anyway. And despite her importance to the series, I have a funny feeling Catwoman won't make it into the new movies anyway.

Has anyone mentioned Mia Kirshner for the role? I do think Angelina Jolie would be good, but if you've seen Mia's slow-motion entrance in Not Another Teen Movie, she has the perfect darkness in her eyes and I think she would be pretty versatile. It's all in the look.

Well, whoever does it. (If she even gets to grace the screen again) Needs to have great eyes/eyebrows. Pfeiffers were the most gorgeous ever. She needs good eyebrows... and a sultry voice... but not a campy one. I seriously doubt that Catwoman will be in a movie after her unfortunate murder by Pitof. But we can always pray...

You know, I'd like to see a new Catwoman movie... Where she defends Gothams east side or something that follows the comic. It would be wonderful- if they stayed true to her character and didn't completely snub batman again... but even that would have to wait at least ten years for the previous CINO title to die down...
