Two more pics of the tech cowl
They're pretty big but you have to remember that they're going to be thrown around by beastfleck. The gadgets look great except for those batarangs. Waayy too big for my taste.
Yep, definitely love the choice of the wood handle on the grapple gun. An old fashion choice, but different and almost steampunk looking actually. Wonder what the story is behind it...
It is rather steampunkish. I like to think it's Batman's old, trusty grappling gun, you know?t:
A futuristic musket vibe.
It faintly reminds me of Hellboy's pistol.
He's been shown to have this in the trailer.Anyway at least he has one and he wont be using that rifle to shoot hooks like in TDKR.

Finally, -and this is just a nitpick- how does he lift his robo legs? There is no connection between the top part of the robo suit and the legs. No servos to move the legs. And that thing looks like it weighs a ton. But it's no big deal that thing is awesome! Snyder's Batman looks decked out in comic book tech and preptime and all i can say is "it's about goddamn time!"
I dont like the grapple gun either. It looks like a handgun, more than any other he's had before. And he's supposed to hate the damn things. And i really dont think it fits well with the rest of his arsenal, like his stealth jet looking car and his suit of armor. Anyway at least he has one and he wont be using that rifle to shoot hooks like in TDKR.
Now if they could somehow confirm that he can also glide... because i cant imagine a batman that doesnt glide in this time and age. Not after Nolan and the Arkham games where gliding is the best mechanic in the game.
Yeah, I've noticed it doesn't seem to have the right joints to be a powersuit (like Iron Man's does)... but it HAS to be, looking like that.
I don't think it was a powersuit in DKR, just armour, but there's no way that's meant to be the case in the movie, surely.
Still looks cool though.

Just stating my opinion.Oh no, Perry Yellow disapproves.
Good point, but i guess it's the wooden handle that really reminds me of Chill's gun from Begins and Jack's from B89.I don't know bout that. I mean it may look more like a gun than B89, but I can't say more than BB.

True, true. It's just that previous grapple guns were more high tech and didnt look like your average revolver so much.Yeah but...it's called a grapple GUN...and it fits in the HAND, of course it would be similar, it's the most practical way to build it imo
