Depleted Uranium/Titanium codpiece... For Super nad-shot protection. ;)

I'm surprised no one is excited about seeing Batman's neck in these pics after the last few days of comments made from the Empire cover.

I love this Batsuit with a capital L!

I was never concerned about a "lack of neck" that some perceived based on a couple of crappy, photo-shopped promo images.

The Batsuit looks amazing, as expected. Also, Batman is clearly not the fat, thick, hulking mass that some people have been claiming him to be ad nauseam. I really love the build they've given him. He looks as much like Jim Lee's Batman as he does Miller's.

Definitely in my top 5 CBM costumes, just fantastic in every way! Will probably enter the top 3 once I see the movie. It's gorgeous!

Mr Wilkinson..you've changed things..forever..there's no going back.

In that arrangement, Batfleck and Keatman leave the rest trailing.

Could have used a better pic of Affleck for that collage. lol

Let's get nuts, c'mon!

But seriously, all the Batmen tend to have a big codpiece. Safety first ;)

I'd like to think in his experience, many criminals have tried to go for his nuts. So, he's just prepared.

Lol. I don't think there's going to be any sort of reason for it. It's just to exaggerate Batman's alphamale-ness even further, along with big muscles. Snyder's got him bigger than Superman all over.

I can't get enough of the new batsuit. It's reached that level of beauty where I could look at it again and again in any angle or setting and it excites me every time.

I don't have a problem with the build either, he looks sturdy and powerful, BUT I do think Affleck's face looks too puffy in the cowl. I know I know, it's nitpicking, but since he was cast I was hoping he'd look the way he did in The Town, with the leaned out face where he looks at his best. He looks fine as Bruce, but putting his face in the cowl accentuates the face fat.

Alas, once you gain that face fat it's very hard to lose, especially while getting bigger as Affleck had to for the role. Besides, we can just assume that this Batman isn't at his peak anyway given that he's 45 or 46 (at least 5 years too old for a new Batman in a new DCCU imo). In my head canon Batfleck looked just like he did in The Town during his peak years of being Batman.
